Pauline Chay

Pauline Chay is a strategic communications expert with over 15 years of experience in content creation, press relations, and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Head of EMEA Communications at Broadcom, Chay is focused on delivering impactful messaging across various channels. Previously, Chay worked as a Communication Manager at Fives and held roles at VMware, where they led external communications for the EMEA region. Chay holds a Master’s degree in Advertising, Communication, and International Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree from ESC PAU Business School.
