Pengfei Mei

Pengfei Mei is a Staff Engineer at Broadcom, where they focused on the full design cycle of cutting-edge SRAM and multiport RAM compilers, as well as silicon debug and backend implementation. Prior to this role, Pengfei completed an internship at Broadcom, gaining experience in FET level design and characterization of 28nm technology, while also contributing to research on low power strategies for SRAM. Pengfei holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Hefei University of Technology, and two Master of Science degrees in Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
