Perik Patva

Perik Patva is currently a Staff DFT Engineer at Broadcom, with extensive experience in DFT architecture and flow, specializing in scan insertion, ATPG, and BIST. Previously, Patva worked as a Diagnostics Engineer at Qualcomm, enhancing diagnostics methodologies, and as a DFT/BIST Engineer at Samsung Electronics, focusing on memory BIST and RTL verification. Patva has also held positions at Mentor Graphics and Synapse Design Inc., where they developed tools for DFT implementation and debugging. They earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with distinction from the Indus Institute of Technology & Engineering.
