Peter Waterstreet

Peter Waterstreet currently serves in a transitional role in the International Tax department at Broadcom following the completion of VMware's acquisition on November 22, 2023. Peter has extensive experience in international tax, having previously held senior positions at various companies. Most notably, Peter was the Senior Director of International Tax at VMware from October 2019 until November 2023, and prior to that, Peter worked as a Director of International Tax at ServiceNow and Synopsys Inc, as well as serving as Sr. Manager of International Tax at Xilinx from April 2000 to November 2010.
