Peyush Agarwal has extensive experience in firmware and software engineering, having begun their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Tata Elxsi from 2001 to 2003. They then worked at STMicroelectronics as a Software Engineer from 2003 to 2005, followed by a position as Lead Software Engineer at RealNet Solutions from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Peyush was a Member of Technical Staff at Tzero Technologies, focusing on MAC firmware for Ultra Wide Band protocols. Currently, as a Distinguished Engineer and Technical Director at Broadcom since 2009, they lead the design and development of Lower MAC firmware for various WiFi chipsets while engaging hands-on in the entire product development process.
