Randall Perlow is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in integrated circuit design, currently serving as the Director of IC Design Engineering at Broadcom since April 1999. Previously, Randall held the position of Member of the Technical Staff at Sarnoff Corporation from September 1994 to April 1999, and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania from January 1991 to September 1994. Randall obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where studies were conducted from 1991 to 1994, and also earned an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the same institution between 1990 and 1991. Randall completed a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Rutgers College of Engineering from 1986 to 1990.
