Randy Shoaf

Randy Shoaf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ASIC verification and technology consulting. They held various positions, including Sr. ASIC Verification Engineer at Micron Technology from 2013 to 2015, and Principal IC Verification Engineer at Broadcom Inc. in 2020. Throughout their career, Randy contributed to UVM based verification architecture for multiple ASIC products and managed design and verification teams at Nortel Networks. Additionally, they served as V.P. of Technology Project Team Management at Bank of America, overseeing IT server builds and project management training.
