Rashmi HM

Rashmi HM is a Principal Engineer at Broadcom Limited, currently leveraging nearly a decade of experience in physical design engineering. With expertise spanning all aspects of the physical design flow from RTL to GDS, Rashmi leads and mentors small teams, having contributed to multiple successful tape-outs. Prior to this role, Rashmi held various positions at Broadcom and Open-Silicon, including Sr Staff - IC Design and ASIC Design Engineer. Rashmi earned an M.Tech in VLSI from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, between 2006 and 2008.
