Ratnakar Dadi

Ratnakar Dadi is an experienced R&D Director at Broadcom since May 2024, focusing on System-on-Integrated Circuits (SoICs) for AI applications. Prior to this, Ratnakar served as Senior Director at Seagate Technology for ten years, overseeing the design and management of Mixed-Signal IP blocks for storage solutions. Ratnakar also held the position of Senior Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer at NVIDIA, where the design of high-frequency links such as PCI-Express and USB was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Design Engineer at LSI Logic Corporation, specializing in high-frequency serial links for chip-to-chip communication. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
