Rich Lankester

Rich Lankester is currently a Partner Leader in Solution Engineering at Broadcom, where they lead the Solution Engineering team in the Enterprise Software Division for Canada and the North-East. They began their career as a Communication & Electronics Engineering Officer with Canada’s Department of National Defence and transitioned to CA Technologies in 1997, which was later acquired by Broadcom in 2018. Throughout their tenure, Rich has played key roles in various engineering and management capacities, emphasizing data-driven decision-making through the BizOps approach. Rich enjoys spending time at the hockey rink with family and is an aspiring golfer.
