Richard Anthony has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Broadcom Inc. since August 2019, with a global focus on legal support for various divisions including Consulting Services and Payment Security. Prior to this role, Richard was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at CA Technologies (a Broadcom Company) from July 2005 to August 2019, where responsibilities included providing business and legal solutions primarily for Consulting Services and Managed Services Providers. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as Sr Counsel at PeopleSoft, Inc. from 2000 to 2005, and working in Audit and Contracts Management at EDS Group from 1995 to 2000. Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Arts from Flinders University, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of South Australia.
