RJ Spath is currently the Director of Engineering for the Symantec Enterprise Division at Broadcom Inc. Since 2019, they have held this position, following a brief tenure as VP of Engineering at Symantec. Prior to this, RJ served as Senior Director of both Encryption and Endpoint Protection at Symantec, and as Senior Manager of Development. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Santa Clara University.
