Rob Huibers

Rob Huibers is a Global Account Director at Broadcom Software, where they are responsible for the complete software portfolio that supports scalability, agility, and security for large enterprises. With over 20 years of account management and sales leadership experience across various software environments, Rob has successfully managed complex sales cycles and improved team capabilities through a consultative selling approach. Previously, Rob held key roles as Sales Director at Andes B.V. and Sales Executive at Ricoh Nederland. Rob earned a Master's degree in Business Management from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Fontys Hogescholen. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, trying to play golf, and windsurfing.
