Ruben Hakopian

Ruben Hakopian is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Dev Lead/Architect at Broadcom and VMware since 2023, Ruben is instrumental in leading projects such as the GenAI Intelligent Assistant for VMware and building AI solutions. Previously, as the founder of Kubevious, Ruben developed an open-core SaaS to enhance Kubernetes application management. Other significant roles include serving as Chief Inventor at Berlioz, where a robotized SRE was created, and as a Senior Technical Lead at Cisco after the acquisition of Insieme Networks, where Ruben contributed to the development of Cisco ACI. With a PhD in Computer Science and multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, Ruben has cultivated a strong foundation in various technology domains, including video delivery infrastructure and semiconductor equipment.
