Sangmin Kim

Sangmin Kim is an experienced R&D IC design engineer currently working at Broadcom since April 2024. Prior to this role, Sangmin served as a Senior Staff Engineer at SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. from November 2018 to March 2024 and held the position of Staff Engineer at Samsung Electronics from September 2010 to October 2018. Sangmin's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering earned at the University of Minnesota between 2004 and 2010, supplemented by research experience as a Research Assistant at the same institution from May 2007 to May 2010.
