Sarah E. Lotto is the Sr. Manager of Customer Adoption at Broadcom Inc., where they focus on enabling their team to ensure successful adoption of software solutions among top customers in the West and South Central US. Previously at Symantec, Sarah held various managerial roles, including Senior Manager - Premium Support and Global Operational Success Manager, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Their earlier experience includes managing service contracts at GE Access and leading Six Sigma initiatives, which achieved significant cost savings. Sarah earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
