Scott Younger has held various engineering and leadership positions throughout their career. They worked as a Lead Engineer at Digi International from 1992 to 2000, and then served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Tellabs from 2000 to 2002. After that, they advanced to roles at Seagate Technology, where they have been a Managing Principal Engineer since 2016 and previously held the title of VLSI Principal Engineer. Currently, Scott is a Research and Development Manager at Broadcom, a position they have held since 2024.
