Shaun Frattone

Shaun Frattone is an accomplished planner with over 21 years of experience in driving high-performance production operations. Beginning as a Production Planner at Viking Interworks from July 1993 to August 2005, Shaun was responsible for establishing production schedules, monitoring material inventories, and maintaining a 90% on-time delivery rate for scheduled OEM backlog while managing over 2,500 SKUs. During that tenure, Shaun contributed significantly to the development of the MRP system MFGPRO and the implementation of a Purchase Requisition system, playing a key role in a 50% worldwide inventory reduction. Since August 2005, Shaun has served as a Project Manager at Broadcom Limited, leveraging extensive hands-on experience in the manufacturing environment to drive competitive advantages.
