Shawn Bhatiani

Shawn Bhatiani, MS, MBA, is a highly experienced professional in the field of integrated circuit quality and product engineering, currently serving as the Head of IC Quality at Broadcom since October 2006. In this role, Shawn manages and mentors a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing the hiring and training processes to support product development across various broadband mixed signal products. Achievements include driving significant cost reductions, improving production efficiencies, and collaborating with finance on product cost models. Prior to Broadcom, Shawn held positions at Skyworks Solutions Inc. and Axiom Microdevices, gaining invaluable experience in RF product qualification and testing. Shawn holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from USC Viterbi School of Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science from UC Irvine and additional education from MIT Professional Education.
