Shwu Jen Tan

Shwu Jen Tan is a seasoned professional specializing in Supply Chain Management and Customer Relations. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Supply Chain Analyst at Broadcom since 2003, Shwu Jen has successfully transferred operations of 12 acquired companies into Broadcom’s model and maintained a 99% accuracy rate in production and inventory control. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2002, Shwu Jen worked as a Customer Account Specialist at Read-Rite International Singapore Liaison Office, where they improved inventory management and customer satisfaction. Shwu Jen holds a Master's degree in Logistics from Curtin University, earned in 2012.
