Solomon Wen possesses a diverse background in technical support and management across various industries. Beginning a career as a Technical Analyst at Blockbuster Video Canada in 2000, Solomon progressed through roles at TELEIAS Inc. as a Network Specialist and at Indigo Books & Music as an Infrastructure Specialist. Following a position as a Tier 2 Server Management Team Analyst at TELUS Communication, Solomon joined VMware, where diverse roles included Senior Technical Support Engineer and Manager of Support Services Management. Currently, Solomon serves as the Manager of Support Account Management at Broadcom, starting in November 2023. Educationally, Solomon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto - Innis College.
