Stanley Chan

Stanley Chan is the Director of R&D at Broadcom, bringing over 20 years of experience in ASIC design and technical management. Prior to joining Broadcom in 2024, Stanley served as Senior Director of VLSI Design at Seagate Technology, successfully delivering multiple generations of storage SOCs that collectively shipped over 100 million units. Stanley also held senior roles at SK hynix and Link A Media Devices, focusing on SSD and HDD SOC development, and developed key hardware automation technologies while leading diverse engineering teams. With a solid foundation in SOC IP development and integration, Stanley has proven expertise in managing complex design processes and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
