Stefan Shim has extensive experience in the field of RF engineering, having held various positions throughout a career that began in 1994 with Samsung Electronics as a Radar Engineer. Following that, Stefan worked at Motorola in Mobile Phone Engineering, contributing to AMPS and CDMA mobile phone development. From 2001 to 2004, Stefan was at NeGeCell as an RF System/HW Engineer, focusing on GSM/GPRS systems and mobile phone design. After a brief tenure at AnyDATA, where responsibilities included M2M module design, Stefan joined Skyworks Inc. as an RFIC System Engineer, working on GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA transceiver RFICs. Since 2009, Stefan has been with Broadcom in RFIC Verification and RF System Engineering, specializing in millimeter-wave technology. Educational qualifications include both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Communication Systems from Ajou University.
