Stepan Kondratenko is currently the Commercial Strategy Lead for the Benelux and Alps regions at Broadcom, where they are responsible for driving growth and adoption of the VMware portfolio. Prior to this, Stepan held several roles at PTC, including High Velocity Sales Representative and Sales Representative for PLM and CAD in the UK and Ireland. Stepan's experience also includes positions at VMware and Broadcom Inc., focusing on enterprise software and digital transformation. Stepan is pursuing a Master of Entrepreneurship & Innovation as well as studying International Business at EU Business School.
