Steve Sponberg

Steve Sponberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and quality assurance. Since November 2017, Steve has served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations and Quality at Broadcom Inc. Prior to this role, Steve held multiple senior positions at Brocade from February 2013 to October 2017, including Senior Director of Customer Experience and Quality, as well as Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality. Steve's career began at HP in May 1983, where Steve progressed through several key roles, culminating in positions such as Product Engineering Manager, Supply Chain Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer, before leaving in January 2013.
