Sunghwan Kim

Sunghwan Kim is a seasoned engineer specializing in analog RF design with extensive experience across several prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Design Engineer at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since September 2023, Sunghwan has previously held roles at Qualcomm as an Analog RF Design Engineer from October 2017 to May 2022, and at Samsung Semiconductor in a similar capacity from July 2013 to October 2017. Prior to that, Sunghwan worked as a Senior Analog RFIC Design Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor from January 2012 to July 2013, and as an Analog Design Engineer at Intel Corporation from June 2010 to January 2012. Sunghwan Kim earned a Ph.D. in RF Analog circuits from UC San Diego (2005-2010), a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (2003-2005), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Seoul National University (1996-2002).
