Sunil Malkani

Sunil Malkani possesses extensive experience in the field of engineering, with a focus on integrated circuit (IC) design. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Broadcom since November 2000, Sunil has managed various aspects of IC design including synthesis, DFT, physical design, and timing closure, overseeing the design flow from RTL to GDS. Prior roles include Director of Physical Design & CAD at Teralogic and Manager of CAD Engineering at Chips & Technologies. Sunil holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and multiple Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electronics and Communication from institutions including Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal Institute of Technology, and Mangalore University, as well as a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from National College.
