Sushma Gurram

Sushma Gurram is an experienced Firmware Engineer at Broadcom Limited since June 2017 and a Senior Staff Software Engineer at SanDisk since June 2012. Throughout the career, Sushma has focused on ION Accelerator software stack, Ceph scale-out storage, performance characterization, and optimizing pre-boot applications and OS libraries. Prior to roles at Broadcom and SanDisk, Sushma worked at LSI Corporation from November 2004 to May 2012, holding positions as a Senior Software Engineer, Firmware Engineer, and Software Engineer, contributing to high availability solutions for MegaRAID Firmware and developing libraries and pre-boot applications. Sushma holds an MTech in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a BE in Computer Science & Engineering from Osmania University College of Engineering.
