Syed Faraz Ali

Syed Faraz Ali is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in digital integrated circuit design, specializing in low power WiFi technology. Currently serving as a Principal IC Design Engineer at Broadcom since February 2010, Syed has previously held the position of Senior Staff Engineer in IC Design. Prior to Broadcom, Syed worked as a Digital ASIC Design Engineer at G2 Microsystems from August 2007 to February 2010 and as a Digital Hardware Design Engineer at Dresden Silicon GmbH from April 2006 to August 2007. Syed holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with a focus on Microelectronics from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, attained between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2003.
