Tao Liu

Tao (Tommy) Liu is a Principal IC Design Engineer at Broadcom, focusing on the ASIC field with over 23 years of hands-on experience in complex communication and consumer ASIC/ASSP design. They have extensive project management experience, leading multisite and global teams to deliver advanced 7nm ASICs for demanding customers. Previously, Tao held key positions at Huawei, ViXS Systems Inc., Texas Instruments, and Realtek Semiconductor, contributing to various aspects of ASIC design, from front-end to physical design. They earned a bachelor's degree in Semiconductor from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
