With a background in strategic sourcing at Aetna, Inc. and various leadership roles in customer success at CA Technologies, Tracy has developed high-performing teams and managed significant technology portfolios. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Central Connecticut State University and are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Hartford. In their personal time, Tracy enjoys home design, landscape vision boards, and beach activities with family and their Aussie dog.
