Urooj Fatima

Urooj Fatima is a Senior Project Manager at Broadcom, bringing over 14 years of experience in project management, change management, stakeholder management, and vendor management. Previously, Urooj held key positions at Jaffer Brothers (Pvt) Limited as Head of PMO and Telenor Global Shared Services as Change Manager-Technology, where Urooj managed change deliveries and coordinated processes. Urooj also contributed to Telenor as a PMO Specialist, ensuring project synchronization with organizational vision, and began their career at the Higher Education Commission as a Regional Coordinator in Planning & Development. Urooj holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila.
