Vishnu Prasanth

Vishnu Prasanth is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in ASIC verification and design. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer 2 at Emulex since August 2014, Vishnu is part of the ASIC Verification team. Prior experience includes a role as ASIC Engineer III at Brocade, focusing on verification of Fiber Channel extension FPGAs and contributing individually to the LAN verification path. Vishnu also worked as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Vitesse Semiconductor, specializing in the verification of various PHY technologies, including 1588 and MACSEC features, and developed a Reusable OVM Testbench. Earlier, as an MTS at HCL Technologies, Vishnu verified components like DMA GMAC and various FPGA designs. Vishnu holds an M.Tech in VLSI Design from P.S.G College of Technology and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
