Previously, Warren held various leadership roles at Symantec, including Senior Manager of Learning and Development and Director of Enterprise Learning and Knowledge Management, where they managed training programs and customer support teams. Warren began their career in IT support, gradually moving into pre-sales and training roles at Captia Business Services and MessageLabs. With a strong emphasis on email security, malware, and data protection, Warren continues to drive growth and innovation within the cybersecurity domain.
