Yaron Cohen

Yaron Cohen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Software Engineering Quality Assurance and Support at Broadcom since April 2012, Yaron manages diverse SQA teams across EMEA, USA, and APAC, focusing on fiber to the home products. Previously, Yaron held the position of Director of Validation at Broadlight and Validation Team Leader at Resolute Networks, where notable achievements included establishing a QA team post-merger and developing testing methodologies that contributed to ISO 9000 certification. Yaron's earlier career featured roles as a GUI SW Engineer at Lycium Networks, Project Coordinator/Leader at Cisco, and Embedded SW Engineer at InfoGear Technology, where foundational skills in software design, development, and quality assurance were honed. Yaron holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration (Finance) and a B.A. in Computer Science & Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
