Ying Luo is an experienced professional in Silicon Photonics, currently serving as the Director of PIC in R&D at Broadcom Inc. since June 2019, with a progressive career that includes roles as Senior R&D Manager and Principal Design Engineer at the same company. Prior to Broadcom, Ying held the position of PIC Lead at Rockley Photonics Inc. from October 2018 to June 2019 and served as Principal Design Engineer at Finisar Corporation from February 2017 to October 2018.
