Yoonie Chang

Yoonie Chang currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Broadcom Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, Yoonie held various positions at Cadence Design Systems, Inc., including Vice President & Deputy General Counsel from August 2012 to December 2020, and Associate General Counsel from March 2008 to June 2011. Yoonie also served as Senior Counsel at SanDisk for a brief period and began a legal career at Fenwick & West LLP as an Associate from December 2003 to March 2008. Yoonie Chang earned a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and holds an A.B. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
