Ben Adams

Ben Adams is a managing director at Broadgate, a B Corp certified recruitment agency co-founded in 2015, which has rapidly expanded into various sectors and regions, including the USA. As a co-founder of Trinnovo Group and BioTalent, Ben has focused on creating inclusive recruitment solutions for tech-enabled and life sciences industries. In 2019, Ben won the NatWest Entrepreneur of the Year award and continues to contribute as an advisory board member for Kroo, a socially conscious bank. With a background in business studies from the University of the West of England, Ben emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent acquisition.
