Greg Phillips

Prior to co-founding Broadhaven, Greg Phillips spent the previous 15 years as an advisor, operator and investor focused on the financial services and technology sectors. He was a mergers and acquisitions professional with UBS Investment Bank and Wasserstein Perella & Co. where he advised on over $40 billion in completed M&A transactions. As an investment banker, Mr. Phillips advised asset managers, stock and derivative exchanges, brokers and trading technology companies. He was later an executive with R.J. O’Brien & Associates, a leading independent derivatives broker. Mr. Phillips was also previously employed at Citadel Investment Group and MII, an activist investor in emerging technology companies. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
