A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Broadhead Consulting is driven by the mission to make sure soldiers have access to the best technology and equipment available and that companies are able to scale and define quality leadership. We help companies with innovative and relevant products, to get them into the hands of those on the battlefield through comprehensive organizational, leadership, and DoD contract consulting. In doing so, we help companies realize, manage, and capitalize on enormous growth.

We work with companies to identify opportunities with the DoD, modify their products and operations to fit the specific needs of the opportunity, navigate the complex proposal and contracting process, and scale their operations after they’ve landed a DoD contract. As experts in the inner workings and requirements of defense contracts, military needs, and procedures, Broadhead Consulting helps companies see what they did not know was possible, and then guides them through the steps, using expert knowledge, proven processes, and valuable relationships, to attain that goal.

Not only can we help companies land DoD contracts, Broadhead Consulting effectively helps companies grow and change, specializing in organizational and leadership development, change management, and facilitating operational excellence. We help leaders assess organizational needs, design and deploy effective leadership and organizational programs, facilitate talent assessments and reviews, identify opportunities, and consult with stakeholders for improved performance.

Broadhead Consulting values loyalty, honesty, integrity, and doing the right thing. We are straightforward, fiercely loyal, and an obsessive advocate for our mission, our partners, and the companies we work with. We believe that if you do the right thing, good things will come. We have helped clients big and small reach and exceed their goals including securing life-changing, billion-dollar DoD contracts.
