Ian Golando

Ian Golando is the Customer Success Manager at Broadleaf Software. Prior to this, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Appature from August 2019 to December 2020. Ian also served as the Global Offerings Manager - IT Service Management at Fruition Partners, A DXC Technology Company / Global Strategic ServiceNow Partner from September 2015 to August 2019. Ian began their career as a Process Consultant at Fruition Partners from November 2010 to September 2015.

Ian Golando has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington. Ian also has certification from Loyalist Certification Services as a Certified Process Design Engineer and ITIL v3 Foundations.

Ian Golando reports to Eldon Brown, CEO. They are on a team with Dave Murray - Co-Founder, Marc Talluto - Co-Founder, and Zeke Kalmes - Data Engineer.
