RECRUITMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

• Shortlisting:  preparing initial review and assessment of applications.
• Interview Coordination: Services include scheduling interviews, contacting candidates, and preparing interview documentation, ensuring a smooth process.  
• Interview Support: Consultants participate in interviews via MS Teams, providing support and facilitating the process effectively along and we also offer expert independent panel members.
• Reporting and Assessment: A selection report is prepared post-interview, detailing comparative assessments and outcomes, with a standard turnaround of five working days. 
• Reference Checking and Candidate feedback: we conduct references on your behalf and can also provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

RECRUITMENT WORKSHOPS

Our bespoke workshops are built to strengthen participants capability and confidence in the Queensland public sector recruitment process. We design and deliver practical, evidence based programs that equip participants with the knowledge skills and confidence to carry out a recruitment and selection process.
