Zac Kabir has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as an Account Executive at Broadly, where they helped companies improve their online presence through customer feedback automation. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at Yelp, where they worked from January to August 2016. In 2014, they worked as a Development Associate at Peace Action, responsible for fundraising and contribution management for major donors. Before that, they were an Account Executive at Eat24, where they researched and fostered partnerships with restaurants. In 2013, they served as a Membership Associate at the San Francisco Symphony, focusing on building relationships with high donors. In 2010, they co-founded and directed the Center for Progressive Action, a grassroots activism center in Oakland, where they organized fundraising events. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Field Director for Marcy Winograd's congressional campaign, managing volunteer outreach staff and raising funds through phone calls.

Zac Kabir attended New York University from 2020 to 2023, where they focused on studying political philosophy.
