Kat Hoffmann

Kat Hoffmann is an experienced professional with a strong background in construction project administration and mortgage financing. Currently serving as a Project Administrator and Staff Accountant at Kirtley-Cole Associates LLC since February 2023, Hoffmann oversees commercial construction projects. Prior to this role, Hoffmann was a Sr. Lead Loan Administrator at Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. from July 2018 to February 2023, managing construction draws and portfolio compliance. Additional experience includes positions as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer at Polygon Mortgage, a Home Loan Processor at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and a Loan Processor at various mortgage companies. Hoffmann is currently pursuing an Associate of Technical Arts in Construction Management at Edmonds College, starting in January 2024.
