Christopher Campbell has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Christopher began their career in 2007 as a Network Engineer at Broadvox, where they were responsible for maintaining the overall integrity of their Enterprise SIP platform. Christopher then moved up to Network Operations Center Supervisor and then Network Operations Center Technician. In 2012, they joined Level 3 Communications as a Senior Technician of Customer Activations - Voice/VoIP/SIP, where they were a member of the Complex Customer Operations Implementation Team (CCOIT). Christopher was responsible for Provisioning, Deployment and Maintenance on SIP and Enterprise SIP solutions. Christopher also coordinated SIP-SBC services remote testing activities with field operations, business partners, customers and customer IP-PBX Vendors. In the same year, they joined CenturyLink as an Activation Support Specialist. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Broadnet as a VoIP Infrastructure Engineer.
Christopher Campbell has an education history that includes attending Cuyahoga Community College from 2011 to 2012 and ITT Technical Institute-Strongsville from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Christopher also has several certifications, including SSCA SIP Training Certification (obtained in December 2013), SSVVP – Networking 4 Voice and Video over IP (obtained in December 2013), BCPA - Broadsoft Certified Platform Administrator Certification (obtained in September 2013), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021), and Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) (obtained from Juniper Networks in February 2016).
