Adam Rarick-Varner

Adam Rarick-Varner is the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at BroadPath. Adam has over 17 years of experience in program management, product development, change management, and operational readiness. Prior to joining BroadPath, Adam was the Director of Systems Support & Programs at Anthem, Inc. where they led program management activities for a multi-million dollar portfolio. Before Anthem, Adam was the Director of Client Care Center at TyMetrix, a Wolters Kluwer Company. At TyMetrix, they led a cross functional team of 17 responsible for support of clients during implementation and throughout their relationship with TyMetrix. Adam also managed the technical support desk team that handled incoming 5000+ inquiries per month via email, phone, and online web chat. Adam began their career at Cigna in 2004 as the Director of Business Production Support.

Adam Rarick-Varner has a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from Bryan College.
