Chad Grossman

Chad Grossman is the current Salesforce Technical Lead at BroadPath. Prior to that, they were an independent consultant from October 2018 to May 2020, during which time they served as an Information Technology Project Management Consultant. In that role, they managed Web Services team portfolios, including the ongoing support and implementation of new and redesigned websites for administration, colleges, and departments that utilized standardized code with a focus on achieving business goals through secure, mobile responsive design. Grossman also served as a Project Manager for both internal and vendor-led development projects.

From March 2016 to September 2018, Grossman was the Director of IT Project Management for the University of Arizona Foundation. In that role, they were responsible for leading the Foundation’s IT Project Management team and providing governance over all technology projects. Chad also built relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Before joining the University of Arizona Foundation, Grossman was the Portfolio Manager for the Projects & Services Office at The University of Arizona from January 2011 to February 2016. In that role, they oversaw a portfolio of over 100 projects with a total budget of $30 million. Chad was also responsible for developing and implementing project management best practices across the university.

Grossman began their career in January 2005 as a Pre-Sales & Implementation Consultant for Times Business Solutions. Chad later became a Manager for North America Professional Services at PeopleCube in January 2007, where they managed a team of consultants responsible for implementations, training, and support for the company’s enterprise resource planning software.

Chad Grossman attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, where they obtained their MBA with a focus in MIS/Entrepreneurship. Chad also holds a certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
