Erik Hoffman

Erik Hoffman is the Director of Business Development at BroadPath. Erik has been with the company since September 2015 and in their current position since July 2022. Prior to BroadPath, Hoffman was the Director of Payer Solution Sales for BroadPath Healthcare Solutions from September 2015 to July 2022. In this role, they were tasked with creating awareness of BroadPath to health plans, TPAs, PBMs, located throughout the U.S. and globally.

Hoffman has over 1,500 individuals in their network and seeks to add new logo business (average 3 yearly) for projects ranging in scope from 5-150 FTEs. Erik focuses on catering to regional and community focused plans highly inclusive of Medicare, Medicaid and Duals offerings. Additionally, Hoffman operationally manages aspects of timeline delivery, recruitment, quality, KPIs, scaling up or down of projects according to need. Lastly, they strive to have BroadPath associates be an extension of our client's best internal practices.

Prior to BroadPath, Hoffman was a Full Cycle Recruiter for United Recruiters from January 2005 to September 2015.

Erik Hoffman has a M.A. in International Relations from Marquette University, a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Evansville, and a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from Marquette University. Erik has also studied Japanese Culture, Language, Erik'story at Tokoha Gakuen University and Spanish Language at Universidad de San José.

Their manager is Daron Robertson, CEO. They work with Keith Holland - Director, Service Desk, Laurie Kaminski - Director, Healthcare Strategy, and Sean Hampton - SVP, Service Delivery.
