Andy Friedman

Andy Friedman is a Senior Legal Counsel at Broadridge, where they have been working since 2015. Previously, they served as General Counsel and Due Diligence Analyst at Buttonwood Investment Services, LLC from 2012 to 2015, and owned a legal practice, Andrew I. Friedman, Attorney-at-Law, from 2002 to 2013. They began their career as an Examiner at FINRA, working from 1992 to 2001. Andy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
