Iftekhar Alam has extensive experience in technology management and quality assurance, serving in various leadership roles since 1998. Currently, Iftekhar holds the position of Vice President, Technology Relationship and Delivery for the Office of the CTO at Broadridge, overseeing 25 global relationship and delivery managers. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology Delivery Management at Broadridge, and Vice President of IT Relationship Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where oversight of multi-million dollar projects and teams was central. Iftekhar has also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at The City University of New York since 2007. Educational credentials include a Master's in Information Systems from New York University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science with Applied Math & Statistics from Stony Brook University.
